General Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to Mila Hair Spa. They govern all agreements between Mila Hair Spa and its customers, whether made in salons, by telephone, or through the booking form on www.milahairspa.com.

Using the booking form
When using the booking form, ensure that all information is entered accurately and reviewed before finalizing your booking. Incorrect information may result in an invalid booking and/or the loss of any pre-paid amounts. Please verify your details carefully.
Bookings
Bookings are made directly with Mila Hair Spa and are valid only for the specified date and time. Mila Hair Spa may contact you prior to your appointment to confirm your attendance.
Bookings are final. Changes or cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the treatment, or up to 48 hours before a color treatment. After this period, cancellations or changes are not allowed, and you will be charged the full amount for the treatment. Deposits will not be refunded unless Mila Hair Spa decides otherwise.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are not present within 20 minutes of the reserved time, Mila Hair Spa may cancel your booking, and you will still be charged for the treatment with no refund of deposits. While we will make every effort to honor your reserved time, delays from previous bookings may require you to wait.
Mila Hair Spa reserves the right to refuse a booking for valid reasons (Pets, inappropriate dress, chemical under 16 years old). If this occurs, you will be notified in advance, and any pre-paid amounts will be refunded within 5 to 10 working days.
Payments
Payments will be refunded if the appointment is canceled within the allowed time frame. Cancellations made after this period are considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. If eligible for a refund, Mila Hair Spa will process it within 5 to 10 working days using the original payment method.
Treatments
At Mila Hair Spa, we aim for the highest quality service and customer satisfaction. However, please be aware that our color treatments contain chemicals that may occasionally cause reactions on the scalp. You should report any sensitivities or allergies in advance and specify any particular preferences before the treatment.
Mila Hair Spa is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from our treatments, including color treatments, except as required by law. By using our services, you accept this condition and acknowledge the potential risks involved.
